In partnership with CMHC Granville Island, the Vancouver Skateboard Coalition is happy to announce the sixth annual All Aboard Skateboard celebration. The occasion will happen on the weekend of November 23 & 24 2024.
In earlier years, the occasion was hosted in varied parkades on Granville Island. For this yr, the VSBC will make the most of a big body occasion tent, within the LOT 55 car parking zone, to create a brief coated skatepark. The weekend may even embrace the return of the “Inexperienced Ramp” within the Ocean Artwork Works Pavilion. The Inexperienced Ramp will stay open to the general public till the top of January 2025.
All Aboard is an annual occasion that demonstrates the necessity for a publicly accessible, dry, nicely lit, secure, and enjoyable skateboard facility in the course of the winter months. With the assistance of our pretty volunteers, companions and sponsors, skateboarders of all ages and talents are welcome to skate freed from cost.

The Vancouver Skateboard Coalition is Vancouver’s voice for skateboarding. The VSBC is a non-profit that was fashioned in mid-90s to advocate for higher skate parks and acceptance of skateboarding throughout the metropolis. The VSBC works to affect insurance policies, initiatives and choices regarding skateboarding in Vancouver.
We try to extend, enhance and keep skateboard spots and parks round Vancouver, each indoor and outside. By native occasions and packages, we purpose to interact with and help the Vancouver skateboard group.
